Narrative

Dr. Dolloff's research focuses on identifying and validating new molecular drug targets, therapeutics, and therapeutic drug combinations for the treatment of numerous forms of cancer including multiple myeloma, colorectal, liver, breast, and glioblastoma. The ultimate goal of his research is to discover new drugs (small molecules and biologics) and new molecular mechanisms that target and kill cancer cells, then translate these findings from the lab to the clinic where they may improve the treatment of cancer patients.
